CESDA 2012 Annual Conference

May 23-25, 2012 at the

Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa
in Avon, Colorado.

The Conference starts on Wednesday evening with a social and goes into Thursday, which consists of professional development breakout sessions and a formal banquet with a keynote speaker and awards. Friday contains more professional development breakout sessions and ends with the Annual Business Meeting. (Agenda Coming Soon)

Room Rates
CESDA Annual Conference rates will be honored on consecutive days both before and after the Conference should you choose to join us early or stay the weekend.

Studio Suite King Standard View $129

To receive the group rate, it is necessary that you identify yourself as a CESDA participant when making your reservation. In order to reserve your room at the guaranteed group rate for the Conference, please call 970.790.6000 by May 18, 2012 by 5:00 pm. If you are claiming tax exemption for your school/organization, you must provide a copy of your school’s/organization’s tax exemption form and the Affidavit of Exemption. A school/organization or personal credit card is the most efficient method of handling your room charges. If you or your school/organization will be issuing a check to cover lodging costs, please mail the check to:
